A founding physician of Maryland Digestive Disease Center, Jeffrey Garbis, M.D., has been in private practice in the Baltimore, Washington area for 32 years. He thoroughly enjoys working in the field of medicine and the relationships that he develops with all of his patients.
Dr. Garbis has served as department head of gastroenterology at Washington Adventist Hospital, and has enjoyed being an integral part of the GI community through various committees, projects, charitable programs and clinical research trials. Over the years, he has taken great pride in watching Maryland Digestive Disease Center grow in to the thriving seven physician practices it is today. He finds excitement in the future of his field, and Dr. Garbis looks forward to many more years of working with the community and building relationships with colleagues and patients.
